Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 25, 2026
SantaWealth ("SantaWealth," "we," "us," or "our") helps content creators publish, grow, and monetize their work. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.
This Policy applies to the SantaWealth website at santawealth.com and to the SantaWealth applications and services that link to it (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
We collect information in three ways: information you provide, information we collect automatically, and information we receive from third parties you connect.
Information you provide
- Account information — name, email address, password, and profile details when you create an account.
- Content — posts, captions, images, video, audio, and other material you create, upload, schedule, or publish through the Services.
- Billing information — payment method, billing address, and transaction history. Card details are processed by our payment processors and are not stored on our servers.
- Communications — messages you send to our support team, survey responses, and other correspondence.
Information we collect automatically
- Usage data — features used, pages viewed, actions taken, and timestamps.
- Device & log data — IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and referring URLs.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see the Cookies section below.
Information from connected accounts
When you link a third-party platform (such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, Twitch, Substack, or Spotify), we receive the data those platforms make available through their APIs and that you authorize — for example, account identifiers, profile details, content, and audience analytics. We use this data only to provide the features you request.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including publishing and scheduling your content;
- Generate analytics, insights, and AI-assisted drafts at your request;
- Process payments, payouts, memberships, and tips;
- Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests;
- Personalize and improve the Services and develop new features;
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security, and technical issues; and
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Where required by law, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of our contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests, and compliance with legal obligations.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these circumstances:
- Service providers — vendors that host infrastructure, process payments, send email, and provide analytics, acting on our instructions under contract.
- Connected platforms — when you publish or schedule content, we transmit it to the third-party platforms you have authorized.
- At your direction — with collaborators, team members, or brands you choose to work with.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SantaWealth, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
4. Connected platforms
The Services let you connect external platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not ours. You can disconnect a platform at any time from your account settings; doing so stops future data exchange but does not delete data already shared with that platform.
5. Cookies & tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure performance, and understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may limit functionality. Where required, we present a cookie banner so you can manage non-essential cookies.
6. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. We may retain certain information after account closure to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
7. Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the EEA/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA/CPRA), among others, have specific rights, including the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising them.
You can update most account information directly in the Services. To make a rights request, contact us at privacy@santawealth.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each message.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International transfers
We operate globally and may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for cross-border transfers.
10. Children's privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Policy.
